Fort Half Moon you say?
Whether you come to the Somerville area for business, to attend training at nearby Texas A&M, or to fish or boat on beautiful Lake Somerville, Fort Half Moon is an excellent place to stay! We have four Double Guest Rooms and four Standard Guest Rooms. Doubles will sleep four easily, with accommodations for more if needed! Singles are cozy getaway bungalows perfect for two! All rooms have kitchenettes with refrigerators, and free DirecTV access! RV spots are limited, always call ahead for availability. There are loads of stately oaks to tent camp under, and some spots have electricity. We have recently added a DOUBLE FILTERED WATER SYSTEM. Our water is now crystal clear and wonderfully pure! Also inside The Fort is The Half Moon Saloon, a great place to grab a cold brew, and some of Texas' hottest musical acts, too! Always Biker friendly, always fun!

Well, lots of folks have called, emailed, whatever to ask if there will ever be a Hotter-N-Hell. Here's the scoop....
As sorry as I am to say it, Hotter-N- Hell is gone. We hope you had as much fun with it as we did, but it's time to let it go. 13 years is a good run, don't you think?

Pool Tournament! Buda won last week. It's a $5.00 - 10 minimum shooter - winner take all - House pays for pool kind of thing!

We all now associate this date with great loss and sorrow. I hope everyone remembers that we were attacked on this day by an evil foe- the religious zealot. They exist in every religion, and none are more or less evil. Remember those that lost loved ones on this day, and those that charged into the smoke and fire to save others. I know I will.
We at the Fort are pleased to celebrate a victory of life within our own group! Our good friend DALE MAXWELL is having a birthday. We all wondered if Dale would see another one after his fight with the big "C". Well, Dale is winning that fight! His last trip to the Doc gave him the good news that there is no sign of cancer, and he is back up to his fighting weight. Sooooooo, we are making a joyous noise to thank God for leaving Dale here! Starting at about 5 PM, we will eat, drink, and be merry! Undecided will be in the house doing that stage show that only they do, and right down the street there will be the huge TEXAS RALLY! Lots of bands, vendors, and fun- even GALLAGHER! Ticket info for Texas Rally at 979-742-3284...
